We are looking for a Supply Chain Quality Specialist to come onboard in our Quality Directorate in Julien’s team ! Your mission: Ensure the conformity of purchased products to ATR requirements, with a strong focus on the analysis and resolution of 0 Hours non-conformities.The role supports On Quality and On Cost delivery by driving a “Right First Time” approach at supplier level, contributing directly to the reduction of quality escapes detected at ATR Final Assembly Line (FAL).The Supplier Quality Specialist is accountable for managing supplier-related quality issues impacting FAL operations, and for driving corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence. Your activities: Manage supplier escapes detected at FAL level (0hours), including notification, containment, root cause analysis and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.Act as the quality focal point for supplier-related product non-conformities affecting ATR Final Assembly Line.Review supplier 0hours on a daily basis and define appropriate actions & dispositions.Drive and manage Supplier Corrective Action Request (CAR), ensuring robustness, effectiveness and non-recurrence.Monitor and control supplier quality performance using relevant KPIs (e.g. Item Escape Rate, Recurrence rate).Organise and lead supplier quality and performance review meetings.Support Procurement and Supply Chain teams by providing quality input during quotation phases and technical assessments. Analyse quality failures and product non-conformities (0 hours) to identify root causes and drive corrective and preventive actions.Contribute to continuous improvement by optimising processes, improving quality standards and reducing non-quality costs.Ensure accurate quality reporting and escalation of risks when required. About you: Master’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Operations, or a related technical discipline.Solid experience in supplier quality management within an aerospace environment (Part 21G).Proven expertise in quality tools and root cause analysis methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys).Good practical knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA).Sound technical understanding of aircraft systems, particularly hydromechanical, mechanical and powerplant systems.Proficient in IT tools, including MS Office and SAP.Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.Ability to manage complex situations and operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset.Assertive and diplomatic approach in supplier and internal interfaces.Willingness to travel internationally as required.Fluent in English.
